With the sprocketcovers open, thread the paper over the sprockets,
aligningholeswiththepinson the sprockets.
Adjustthespacingofthesprocketsby slidingthemalongthebar,using
the clamp lever at the back of each sprocketto release and lock the
sprocketinpositin(whentheleverisdown,thesprocketmaybe moved,
andwhenit is up, the sprocketis locked).

F/gun?1-12. Thread the fenfold paper over the sprockets.

Nowclosethesprocketcovers,againmakingsurethatthepapersprocket
holesare alignedwiththepinson thesprockets.If theyarenot aligned
properly,youwillhaveproblemswithpaperfeeding,possiblyresulting
in tearingandjammingof the paper.
Turnontheprinterusingtheswitchatthefrontoftheprinter.Theprinter
willbeep(indicatingthatthepaperis notyetfilly loaded).Thisis also
confirmedby the orange
POWER indicatorflashing.
10.Nowpressthe(
‘EER-ECT) button.The paperbailwillmoveclearof
thepaper,andthepaperwillbefed andadjustedpasttheprintheadto a
positionreadyforprinting.Thepaperbailwillbemovedbacktogripthe
paperagainsttheplaten,andtheprintheadwillmovetothestartposition.
11.Remounttherearcover.Holdittiltedupwardandinsertthefourtabsat
the front into their slots. Then rotate the cover downwards,pressing
downon thethumbpadson theleft and rightto snap it into place.
